OR Which one do I torture myself with first??

  1. 30-DAY SHRED! I definitely credit this with my increased speed lately. I don't do it every day but aim for 2-3x per week and it has helped tremendously. I'm sure the other one is good, too, but I've on done the 30DS. So I vote for it.

  2. 30 day shred. I did it last summer for 14 days til I hurt my knee (ya know the old running injury that keeps returning!)

    Now I am doing Hip Hop Abs, LOL

  4. I just started the 30 Day Shred. Holy crap! It's not hard but it's just so intense. I was so sore for like 3 days after the first one. Good luck!!
