Just Stuff

Things I have learned about myself . . .
  • I've realized I'm a reader and not a writer. I read everyone's blogs every day but I hardly comment or write on my own blog!! Please know that I love all your blogs even if I may not say it enough - I'm going to work on that!
  • When I'm in the car, ideas of posts always pop in my head and then when I sit down in front of the computer - nothing!!
  • I'm letting all my magazine subscriptions end. Why? Because I find better inspiration, decorating ideas, recipes, etc. from YOU!! Seriously!
  • I'm on day 5 of taking a multi-vitamin and it seems to be helping with my energy level. It's hard swallowing them though - they are huge!
  • My colors are hot pink, green and black.
  • I'm taking 2 trips to Florida and the kids aren't going on either of them . . . I feel slightly guilty about that, but I'll get over it - ha!! One is a trip with the hubby for his niece's wedding and the second is a girls' trip - so needed!
  • My living room has been dubbed the "Charleston" room and I want to fill our powder room and kitchen with fleur de lis decor - I love the South!!
  • My daughter just got a pair of Toms today and now I want a pair. She got black and I want the gray and then we can share - it's a win win!
  • I eat like a kid . . . cheeseburgers, mac & cheese, pizza . . . I MUST get better. I am just not a huge veggie fan but I need to somehow find a way to get it into my diet.

    It's so hard to blog & comment o all that you want to. I think we all can relate.

    My daughter loves TOMS. She got 2 pair for Christmas.I wish we wore the same size:) Hers is larger than mine:(

  2. I try to comment a lot because I don't want people to think I'm not reading & enjoying their blogs but it's HARD. Mainly because I follow soooo many blogs. I'm also letting magazine subscriptions end. I have one that I'm keeping & it's a local home decor mag that I love. You're so right about all the inspiration in blogland. If you & you're daughter are the same size I say go for it! I eat like a kid too. Pizza & cheeseburgers are some of my favorites!! Have a great day!
