30-DAY SHRED! I definitely credit this with my increased speed lately. I don't do it every day but aim for 2-3x per week and it has helped tremendously. I'm sure the other one is good, too, but I've on done the 30DS. So I vote for it.
I am a wife and a mom to my 15 year old daughter and 8 year old stepson. I love football - Washington Redskins and Florida Gators (hubby went to school and played for the Gators). I love living in Virginia and experiencing all four seasons - I just wish I could wear flip flops year round!! I also have a slight addiction to magazines, handbags, stationary, candles and reading blogs. Beverages of choice are white wine, mojitos and margaritas and they are even better when enjoyed on the beach! My motto is LLL - Live, Love, Laugh

ReplyDelete30 day shred. I did it last summer for 14 days til I hurt my knee (ya know the old running injury that keeps returning!)
